National Tariff Commission has imposed Antidumping Duties as per Preliminary Determination made on December 21, 2009 against dumped imports of One Side Coated Duplex Board – Grey Back into Pakistan from China, Indonesia, South Korea and Taiwan ranging from 3.12% to 20.79%. Following are the results of our clients (exporting Producers from People's Republic of China) as per Notice of Preliminary and Final Determination by the National Tariff Commission (NTC), dated February 06, 2009 and June 05, 2009 respectively, in the investigation of alleged dumping of Polyester Staple Fibre.

Both our clients got zero percent (0%) Antidumping Duty at preliminary and final determination and the dumping margin calculated by the NTC are as follows.

Both of our clients, exporter of Polyester Staple Fibre, namely Huvis Corporation., from Korea and P.T Indorama Synthetics Tbk., from Indonesia have got zero percent (0%) Antidumping Duty at Final determination announced by the National Tariff Commission (NTC) of Pakistan on June 07, 2007. This investigation was initiated by the NTC on August 09, 2006 against alleged dumping of Polyester Staple Fibre into Pakistan from Indonesia, Thailand and South Korea.
