Following article on the subject of “ANTIDUMPING” The most emerging issue of today was written by Mr. Saifullah Khan our Managing Partner after extensive reach and study in the year 2001. The article was published in the Management Accountant, the professional journal of the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Pakistan (ICMAP) for the month of September 2001. The same article was also published in The Pakistan Accountant, the professional journal of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan for September/October 2001 edition

Given below is the “paper” presented by Mr. Saifullah Khan our Managing Partner on “WTO Regime and Productive Role of Management Accountants” in 9th Management Accountants International Conference, organized by ICMAP in July 2002. The theme of the conference was WTO Regime – Challenges.

Following article on “Role of Chief Cost Accounts Officer” was written by Mr. Saifullah Khan our Managing Partner in collaboration with Mian Mumtaz Abdullah (Former Chairman, Corporate Law Authority of Pakistan, Former President of ICMAP and South Asian Federation of Accountants – SAFA) on behest of National Council of ICMAP.

Following Presentation on “Antidumping Law and Practices” was given by Mr. Saifullah Khan our Managing Partner at Lahore Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI) Lahore, on March 28, 2006 before members of LCCI comprising of domestic manufacturers, exporters, importers and lawyers and representatives from other consulting firms. Our Managing Partner made similar presentation at Small and Medium Enterprise Development Authority (SMEDA) Lahore, on March 29, 2006. SMEDA is premier institution of the Government of Pakistan under Ministry of Industries, Production & Special initiative. SMEDA was established in October 1998 to take on the challenge of developing Small & Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Pakistan. With a futuristic approach and professional management structure it has focus on providing an enabling environment and business development services to small and medium enterprises. SMEDA is not only an SME policy-advisory body for the Government of Pakistan but also facilitates other stakeholders in addressing their SME development agendas.
