Annette Obolensky is a Swiss attorney-at-law with more than 10 years of professional experience. Prior to working for S.U.Khan Associates, Management Consultant Annette Obolensky was working as a lawyer in Swiss-based international law firms in Zurich and Bern with a focus on business law and intellectual property. She was extensively involved in international mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance transactions, technology transfers, business restructuring, competition law cases and trademark and design law cases. She also advised and represented clients in employment law matters and international private law.

Annette Obolensky is co-author of the Commentary on the Swiss Design Act “Designrecht”, Zurich 2003 and was collaborator at the monthly journal on Intellectual Property, Information and Competition Law „sic!“, Bern, Switzerland.

With S.U. Khan Associates she is part of the team focusing on sustainability consultancy to local companies. She advises on sustainability reporting based on the GRI framework and on climate change projects under the Kyoto protocol.

Annette Obolensky has a law degree from the University of Fribourg (Switzerland) and was admitted to the Basle bar in 1999. Her mother language is German. She is fluent in English and French.
