In Business Advisory Services Mr. Shahzada Humayun Israr is specialized in Financial Modeling & Valuation, developing Performance Management Systems & Control Documents and Transaction Structuring. In the area of Antidumping, he is providing Consultancy Services to clients and suggesting ways and means to comply with the relevant provisions of the prevalent law, protecting their interests in compliance with the WTO Agreement on Antidumping and Antidumping Duties Ordinance, 2000. In the area of Antitrust & Competition, he is providing advisory services to clients and suggesting ways and means to plead their case before the Competition Commission of Pakistan to avoid any likely adverse action against clients.

Based on his sound analytical and interpersonal skills he is also an active member of our Industry & Marketing Research team. He has remained involved in carrying out various market research assignments for our national as well as international clients and also remained involve in various Business Assurance Assignments.

Mr. Shahzada Hamayun Israr is a Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants of Pakistan (ACCA) and affiliated with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP) as well.

He is fluent in English, Urdu and Punjabi.
