Preliminary Determination in an Anti-Dumping Investigation against Dumped Imports of Color Coated Steel Coils / Sheets from China and South Africa

On December 09, 2017, the National Tariff Commission (NTC), Government of Pakistan made its preliminary determination in an antidumping investigation against Dumped Imports of Color Coated Steel Coils/Sheets into Pakistan Originating in and/or Exported from the People’s Republic of China and Republic of South Africa. We prepared and filed this antidumping application with the NTC on behalf of our client M/s International Steels Limited Karachi.

Final determination shall be made within 180 days of this preliminary determination.
