On March 30, 2018, the National Tariff Commission (NTC) in the matter of an anti-dumping application prepared and filed by our firm on behalf of our client (M/s Bulleh Shah Packaging (Pvt.) Limited, Lahore) has imposed definitive antidumping duties at the rates mentioned below on C&F value in ad val. terms on imports of Certain Uncoated Writing and Printing Paper importable from Brazil, China, Indonesia, Japan and Thailand for a period of five years effective from March 30, 2018:
