On April 10, 2018, the National Tariff Commission (NTC) in the matter of an anti-dumping application prepared and filed by our firm on behalf of our client (M/s. Century Paper & Board Mills Limited, Karachi) has imposed definitive anti-dumping duties at the rates mentioned below on C&F value in ad val. terms on imports of Bleached Board imported from China under PCT Heading No. 4810.9200 and 4810.9900, excluding One Sided Aseptic Coated Board (Clay Coated) used for liquid food packaging) for a period of five years with effect from February 28, 2017:
