Initiation of Antidumping Investigation against Dumped Imports of Cold Rolled Coils / Sheets from Canada and Russia

On May 11, 2019, the National Tariff Commission of Pakistan (NTC) in pursuance of an antidumping application prepared and filed by our firm on behalf of our clients “M/s. Aisha Steel Mills Limited and M/s. International Steels Limited” has initiated antidumping investigation against dumping of “Cold Rolled Coils / Sheets” into the commerce of Pakistan originating in and/or exported from Canada and Russian Federation.

We hope the domestic industry will enjoy the benefits of the said antidumping investigation in the shape of imposition of definitive antidumping duties.
