On December 17, 2020, the National Tariff Commission (NTC) in the matter of an anti-dumping application prepared and filed by our firm on behalf of our client (M/s. Poplon Pakistan Private Limited, Lahore) has imposed following definitive antidumping duties on dumped imports of “Inorganic Yellow Chrome Pigment” from the Republic of India and Republic of Korea for a period of five years effective from August 25, 2020:

Levy of antidumping duty for a reasonable period of 5 years which is further extendable after each review will provide desired protection against unfair trade practices (dumping) of foreign exporters.
