Initiation of an Anti-Dumping Investigation against Alleged Dumping of Cold Rolled Coils/Sheets into Pakistan from Chinese Taipei, European Union, South Korea and Vietnam

On February 25, 2021, the National Tariff Commission of Pakistan (NTC) in pursuance of an antidumping application prepared and filed by our firm on behalf of our clients (M/s. Aisha Steel Mills Limited and M/s. International Steels Limited) has initiated antidumping investigation against dumping of Cold Rolled Coils/Sheets into the commerce of Pakistan Originating in and/or exported from Chinese Taipei, European Union, South Korea and Vietnam.

We hope the domestic industry will enjoy the benefits of the said antidumping investigation in the shape of imposition of definitive antidumping duties.
