On June 13, 2017, the National Tariff Commission (NTC), Government of Pakistan has imposed provisional antidumping duty ranging from 11.18% to 42.41% on dumped imports of Polyvinyl Chloride  (PVC) Resin into Pakistan Originating in and/or Exported from China, Chinese Taipei, South Korea and Thailand. We prepared and filed this antidumping application with the NTC on behalf of our prestigious client M/s Engro Polymer & Chemicals Ltd., Karachi.

Of course this provisionally determined antidumping duty is meant to provide level playing field to the applicant domestic industry, during the investigation, against unfair trade practices of foreign producer / exporters.

Final determination shall be made within 180 days of this preliminary determination.
