On July 29, 2017, the National Tariff Commission (NTC) in the matter of an antidumping application prepared and filed by our firm on behalf of our client (M/s. Century Paper & Board Mills Limited, Karachi) has imposed definitive antidumping duties at the rates mentioned below on C&F value in ad val. terms on imports of Duplex Board (PCT Heading No. 4810.9200 and 4810.9900) from People’s Republic of China, Republic of Indonesia and Republic of Korea (Exporting Countries) for a period of five years with effect from May 12, 2017:
