On October 23, 2017, the National Tariff Commission (NTC) in the matter of an antidumping application prepared and filed by our firm on behalf of our client (M/s Amreli Steels Limited Karachi, M/s Agha Steel Industries Limited,  Karachi and M/s Abbas Engineering Limited, Karachi) has imposed definitive antidumping duty @ 19.15 percent on dumped imports of the investigated product importable from China for a period of five years effective from October 23, 2017.
